Flutter kick : นอนราบกับพื้น อาจจะใช้มือรองไว้ที่ก้น ยกขา2ข้างขึ้นมา ประมาณ 45° เตะสลับ ซ้าย-ขวา ต่อเนื่อง 45 วินาที 4. Elbow to knee : นอนราบ ประสานมือไว้ที่ท้ายทอย เกร็งท้องยกตัวและขาขึ้นมาค้างไว้ ศอกซ้ายแตะเข่าขวา ศอกขวาแตะเข่าซ้าย ทำทีละข้าง 30 วินาที 5. Jackknife sit up : นอนหงาย เหยียดมือไปด้านศีรษะ เกร็งท้อง ยกขา และมือแตะที่เท้า 30 วินาที 6. How to complete this workout: Set a timer for the allocated minutes. Once you’ve completed ‘The Warm Up’ and ‘Cardio’, move onto the main ‘AMRAP’ (As Many Rounds As Possible) workout. Keep a note of the number of rounds you completed because your aim on the second round of AMRAPs is to complete more than you did on the first round. Take 1min rest between the ‘Warm Up’ and ‘Cardio’ and 2mins rest between your ‘AMRAPs’. Once you’re done take a few minutes to stretch. Day 9 2min x Warm up - 1 Pigeon pose and scorpion hip openers.
