Transformation: Week 3! Meal prepping is key! With long days and getting home late = not so healthy choices! Having dinner already prepared makes my hungry belly disappear! Quinoa is Gluten free and mixes well with lots of options. Also a nice source of protein! Having veggies already to go and fruit too, makes getting the car munchies easier to handle. Hard boiled eggs are fast and easy. Another to-go-protein is the Nova Salmon bites! Think about what you like to eat and crave. Ex. I crave crunch when I’m in my car in traffic. Solution: veggies, nuts, apples.
